Highlights

Identikey Server 3.0 delivers a complete turnkey solution used to verify authentication requests and to centrally administer user authentication policies. The server software verifies authentication requests from standard Radius clients against a local database of users. Using DIGIPASS authenticators, access to your web applications and virtual private networks is secured.

Strong DIGIPASS two-factor authentication

Identikey Server 3.0 eliminates the weakest link in any security structure: the use of static passwords. The combination of Identikey Server and DIGIPASS authenticators provides a much more reliable form of user authentication and can be easily implemented.

Electronic signatures

Identikey Server 3.0 offers an electronic signature system. VASCO provides an SDK to allow smooth integration of this signature validation functionality into web-based applications.

Centralised, web-based management

Identikey Server 3.0 fits seamlessly into any RADIUS environment without creating new management headaches. A single, web-based interface lets your administrator assign and manage the DIGIPASS he has distributed to authorized users while automatically handling all strong authentication challenges and responses.

Flexible Integration

Identikey Server 3.0 can be used to tighten the security for remote access in any RADIUS environment. It is designed to enforce DIGIPASS strong authentication technology in combination with any RADIUS server. It can also serve as a back-end authentication server to any RADIUS enabled firewall application.

Extensive Reporting

Over 24 standard reports are defined to generate output in XML or HTML formats for accounting and auditing purposes, or helpdesk troubleshooting.  Additional customer-defined reports can be programmed and tailored to your needs.

Dynamic User Registration (DUR)

This functionality refers to the automatic expansion of the Identikey Server 3.0 database to include users who are allowed to authenticate to the third party RADIUS server. DUR creates the user in the database, if not already present, and the third party authenticates the user.

Autolearn Passwords

Automatically learning passwords is a feature that allows static passwords, assigned to a user in the back-end RADIUS server, to be auto-stored in the database.
